This issue of SYNTIA presents five applied studies in artificial intelligence and information systems. They cover a neural-network car navigation system trained with genetic algorithms in a 2D game simulation, genetic-algorithm scheduling of the Village Development Work Plan (RKPD) in Central Sulawesi Province, a decision support system for patient satisfaction with healthcare services using the Preference Selection Index (PSI), augmented-reality English learning media with a target tracking model, and a web-based archival information system secured with the Rijndael algorithm.
