Author Guidelines

Manuscript Preparation

  • Length: 6–12 pages

  • Language: English

  • File Format: Microsoft Word (.docx) or PDF

  • Similarity Index: ≤ 20%

  • References: Minimum 15 sources, with at least 70% published within the last 5 years

Manuscript Structure

  1. Title (maximum 14 words)

  2. Authors’ Names and Affiliations

  3. Abstract (150–250 words) and 3–5 keywords

  4. Introduction

  5. Methodology

  6. Results and Discussion

  7. Conclusion

  8. Acknowledgment (optional)

  9. References (APA 7th edition or IEEE style)

Authors are required to use the official SYNTIA Journal Template, available on the journal’s website.

Submission Preparation Checklist

Authors must submit their manuscripts through the journal’s official online submission system and ensure compliance with the required format and guidelines. All submissions must be original, unpublished, and not under review in any other journal. Each manuscript will undergo an initial screening for completeness before entering the peer-review process. The journal reserves the right to reject submissions that do not meet ethical, formatting, or quality standards.
