This issue of SYNTIA presents five applied studies in computer vision, natural language processing, data quality, web security, and blockchain. They cover cocoa pod disease classification with a CNN–Transformer hybrid, political hoax detection with IndoBERT and Random Forest, mobile-number validity classification with Random Forest and XGBoost, content-based screening of harmful pages in a URL shortener, and the gas cost of Keccak-256 and SHA-256 in an Ethereum smart contract.
